Ukrainian company Otava develop novel casein kinase 2 (CK2) inhibitors as anticancer drugs.
Over the past few years our company, OTAVA Ltd., has designed novel, efficient at low micro molar concentrations, and selective CK2 inhibitors. To discover the new inhibitors, our researchers spanned computer-based molecular modeling with chemical synthesis of compounds which were further tested in vitro to investigate their ability to bind to and affect the activity of CK2. The binding modes of inhibitors that target the ATP-binding site of CK2 were also studied.

Break-Through that will Save Industry Billions
Water Intrusion Technologies is currently working on a new development which uses electrophoresis to put a protective coating around rebar and fill all the pores in the concrete structure. This is a major development which will save industry billions of dollars in repair costs. Testing has been ongoing for several years and only recently has there been a break through.
